Data, purposes, and legal bases

Checkout processes contact details, company information, delivery address, ordered products, prices, notes, and order-related correspondence. This is needed to verify the email address, review and fulfil the requested order, communicate availability, and prepare an invoice draft. The legal basis is steps to enter into and perform a contract; legal obligations apply to accounting data; Flyvision's legitimate interests apply to fraud prevention, system security, and the protection of legal rights.

Email verification and security

The initial request is stored as awaiting email verification. It reaches Flyvision for manual review only after a single-use link is confirmed. Checkout is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. The Turnstile result does not produce legal or similarly significant automated effects; if the security check fails, the customer may contact Flyvision directly.

Recipients and service providers

Data is processed by authorised Flyvision staff and, where necessary, by our service providers: Hetzner (hosting and database), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (Turnstile security), and the invoicing-system provider after manual order approval. Providers may use data only to deliver the relevant service and under applicable data-protection requirements.

Retention

Unverified requests and their single-use tokens are retained temporarily for security and troubleshooting. Confirmed order data is retained for fulfilment and the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, and then for as long as applicable accounting or other legal obligations require. Data is deleted or anonymised when the retention basis ends.

Your rights

By emailing gvido@flyvision.aero, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, object to processing, or receive portable data where the relevant right applies. You may lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
