Ordering terms

The seller on Birddog.lv is SIA Flyvision, registration No. 50103813591, legal address: Aleksandra Čaka iela 70-43, Rīga, LV-1011, Latvija. Contact: gvido@flyvision.aero, +371 29 709 699.

Submitting checkout creates an unconfirmed request. The customer must verify the email address within 24 hours; only then does the order reach SIA Flyvision for manual review. It is not an immediate online payment or an automatically issued invoice.

Prices

Product pages show MSRP excluding VAT and the final price including 21% VAT. The order summary is recalculated on the server from the current catalogue price.

Approval and availability

Flyvision checks price, availability, lead time, and order details. After approval, an invoice draft is created and reviewed by Flyvision before it is sent to the customer.

Delivery and payment

Delivery method, lead time, cost, and payment terms are confirmed during order review and communicated before the invoice is sent.

Consumer rights

Private customers are covered by Latvian and European Union consumer rules, including distance-contract information and withdrawal rights unless a legal exception applies. Specific withdrawal instructions are supplied before a distance contract is concluded.
